Palen & Trevor will explore some of the common tactics SaaS companies are using to increase sales through improved design, automation, and focusing on user experience.

The Threat Stack team will share their experience implementing the self-service sales model.  They'll review the goals for the offering, best practices for SaaS they employed, and the tools they used to measure the results.   Learn what worked, what didn't, and what they wished they knew going into it.  Our hope is that this will be a collaborative event with participants sharing what they have learned with the community of SaaS advocates in attendance.
